The problem

The answers are in your data. Getting them out takes a person and an afternoon.

Someone exports a sheet, filters it, adds it up and pastes a number into a message, and by then it’s out of date.

A general chatbot doesn’t help: it can’t see your records, and a number it guesses looks just as sure as a real one.

How it works

From a question to an answer you can check.

  1. 1Ask in plain words“Who owes us the most?”, the way you’d ask a colleague.
  2. 2It reads your rowsOnly the Spaces, lists and documents your role lets you see.
  3. 3It answers with sourcesThe lead, the numbers, what’s behind them, what it would do, and the rows it used.
  4. 4It asks before it actsA change is a Plan Card that waits for your yes, and can be undone.

Computed, not written

Queries do the numbers. The AI does the words.

Answers that come straight from your records, like counts, totals, lists and who owes what, are computed with queries against your rows. A model writes, explains and plans. Any sentence whose number can’t be traced to your data is removed before you see it.

  • Straight from your recordsCounts, totals, lists, what’s overdue: always unlimited, on every plan.
  • AI workWriting, explaining, multi-step plans and reports, included with fair use.
  • ComputedThe numbers come from queries; a model never writes them.

What it won’t do

It won’t change data without a yes, invent a number, or read past your role.

Every change is a Plan Card first, and nothing happens until someone with the right role says yes. A figure it can’t trace to your rows never reaches you. And it reads only what the person asking may see, checked on every question.

Every number comes from your own rows.

The Operator works each figure out from your data, shows where it came from, and asks before it changes anything.

  • TracedEvery figure links to the rows and the query that produced it.
  • ApprovedChanges the Operator proposes wait for your yes. Most changes can be undone, and a deleted list can be restored for 7 days.
  • ScopedEach Space sees only its own rows; the Operator reads only what your role allows.

Questions

What people ask first.

Is the Operator one AI or several?

One. The same Operator answers your questions, builds boards and documents, and proposes changes. AI agents, on Growth and Scale, are named helpers you set up, and they work under the same approvals.

Are the numbers in answers written by the AI?

No. Figures in answers and reports are computed from your data with queries. Any sentence whose number can’t be traced to your data is removed before you see it.

Can it see everything in my workspace?

No. It reads only what the person asking is allowed to see, checked on every question, and a model sees only what your AI privacy level allows.

Can the Operator change my data on its own?

No. It shows a Plan Card with exactly what will change, and nothing happens until someone with the right role says yes.

Which languages does it speak?

English and Bangla. Ask in either and it answers in the same.

Do answers count against an AI allowance?

Answers that come straight from your records never count. AI work, like writing, explaining and multi-step plans, is included in every paid plan with fair use; the trial has 50 AI asks a day and 400 in all.
